These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TDK Group LLC website and any application or scheduling forms operated by TDK Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) under the brand Mafia Sales Team.

Use of This Site

By accessing our website or submitting any form, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 years or older to submit an application or enter into any agreement with TDK Group LLC.

Application and Employment

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or an independent contractor engagement. TDK Group LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. All contractors engage under a separate Independent Contractor Agreement which governs the terms of their engagement.

SMS Consent

By providing your phone number on any form operated by TDK Group LLC, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your application, onboarding, scheduling, or appointment follow-up. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

Phone numbers collected verbally during appointment scheduling calls are subject to the same SMS consent terms described above. Consent is logged at the time of the call.
